11, 2004. Lois Sarah Chrissakis Lois Sarah Chrissakis, 85, died Thursday, Nov. 11, 2004. Lois was born to her parents Jess and Floy Bristol on June 6, 1919, in Hanford, where she was raised and educated. She married George Chrissakis on June 4, 1937, in Bakersfield.

She was a Visalia resident for over 60 Lois Sarah years. In addition Chrissakis to her parents, she is also preceded in death by her husband, George Chrissakis. She was a secretary for their family owned Civil Engineering Business for 16 years. She was a member of First Church of God in Visalia, also a member of the Eastern Star Organization, O.E.S. Martha Washington and Visalia Moose Lodge, and the National Grange.

She is survived by son, William A. Chrissakis, and wife, Bonnie, of Bakersfield; and grandson, Richard Dean Chrissakis and family of Bakersfield. The Chrissakis family wishes to thank everyone at Hoffman Hospice in Bakersfield for all their care and support. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Howard was raised and schooled in Exeter graduating from EUHS 1934. He married Irene Higgins in Las Vegas on August 2, 1942. Howard had served in the US Army during WWII. He owned and operated Howard Coday plumbing in Exeter for many years. Survivors include his wife, Irene Coday of Exeter; two sons, Alan and Larry Coday of Exeter; one daughter, Mary Lou Phillips of Visalia; one sister, Ollene Turner of Colville, 7 grandchildren; and 11 great grandchildren.

10, 2004, at Inland Christian Home in Ontario. He was born on Sept. 24, 1921, in Holland, and was a resident of the area for the past 39 years. The "candyman" was a dairy supply salesman for the United Dairymen Association and Ezell Sales for over 35 years. He was a vision program about skin plants.

Oliver V. Gonzales Henry Douma Oliver V. Gonzales died after a short illness on Saturday, November 12, 2004, in Visalia, California. He was born in Visalia, California, on June 11, 1912, and was 92 at the times of his demise. He was raised and educated in Visalia and served his country in the Oliver Gonzales Oliver United States Gonzales Army during World War I.

In 1954, the American Legion Post 785 was founded with Oliver being one of the founding members, serving as a Vice Commander. He married Angie Bertoldo on December 2, 1952, in Yuma County, Arizona. The couple renewed their vows at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in San Jose, California, in Sept. 24, 1977.

Oliver lived in Visalia most of his life and spent several years in San Jose, California. He enjoyed working and playing cards. He was preceded in death by his first son, Lee B. Gonzales. Survivors include wife, Angie Gonzales of Visalia, son, Robert H.

Gonzales Laguna ta Hyne of Australia; sister, Niguel, step daughter, LoretEulala Estrada of Visalia, sister, Helen Hernandez of Visalia, and brother, George Gonzales of Visalia, CA. Mr. Ringsdorf owned and operated a Variety Store in Tipton from 1948 to 1968, then opened his R. Royce Ringsdorf, 76, passed away November 8, 2004. Mr. Ringsdorf maintained an office at 720 West Acequia in Visalia, for over 20 years.

He was a resident of Tulare County for over 50 years. R. Royce Ringsdorf real estate office in Visalia. He was licensed in real estate for 47 years and specialized in Real Estate Exchanging. He was the author of four books on real estate exchanging and taught real estate exchange courses in 33 states.

Mr. Ringsdorf was a member of the Tipton Methodist Church for 50 years, serving as treasurer for over 10 years. While in Tipton, he served as Lions Club Chamber of Commerce president, volunteer for the fire department, and on the Community Services District, and Tipton School Boards. He is survived by his wife, the former Colleen Fritz, whom he married in 1948 in Mapleton, Minnesota, one daughter, Pamela Silva and her husband, Jerry, a son, Kenneth Ringsdorf, grandchildren, Kristin Medcalf and her husband, Steve, and Michael Silva, and greatgrandchildren, Caden, Alexa and twins, Emily and Halle Medcalf, all from Tulare, Calif. A memorial service will be held November 20, 2004, at 11 a.m.

Bessie was born in Arkansas on October 12, 1912, to David and Katherine Matthews. Bessie worked for the packing house in Ivanhoe for over 35 years and was a long time member ofthe Ivanhoe Church of Christ.

She enjoyed sewing, gardening, and most of children. Her family will never forget how she loved to dress up for Halloween and scare all the local trick-or-treaters that dared to approach her house. Additionally, her homemade chocolate gravy and biscuits recipe will be passed down through many future generations. Bessie will be greatly missed by friends and family alike. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Homer Crane, in 1966, her second husband, John Wesley Ward, in 1996, her beloved daughter, Patsy Morris early this year, and her loving son, James Crane in 1997.

In 1954, the couple moved to Los Angeles, California, where Christine was employed as a Licensed Vocational Nurse, retiring in 1979. The couple returned to Visalia in 1984. Mr. Woodside preceded her in death in 1985. Her son, Michael also preceded her in death in 1999.

She enjoyed sewing, embroidery, gardening, reading and arts and crafts. She attended Visalia First Assembly of God before moving to Hanford in 2002. There will always be a special place in the hearts of those who knew her and she will be greatly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include sons, Ronnie Glen Woodside of Hanford, and Rodney Allen Woodside of Henderson, 5 grandchildren; and 1 great grandchild and one on the way. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m.
